Here's Jolly. I took this on my stilts so it's a higher angle than ground huggers get

I was in the co-pilot seat taking pictures and kept tapping controls

He then said I could hold the controls for a second

I just held it steady and he could over ride me but I bricked it a bit

My fave 3 flights were all in one day!!! They are all like equal in favoritness tho

The first being my solo flight (scary) in the glider. Second was an aerobatic trip with my instructor after **first time I ever started to black out. Was a super cool hammerhead stall I think! The third was a surprise! another aerobatic trip but in a yak52. Lol we did a roll around another plane! that rocked so bad! i go to fly it too. Power is so much easier for flying it's just the procedured that make it harder.

Power is dull lol. "do a gentle turn to the left" Lol with gliders a gentle turn is like not sticking it on a wing tip so I gave them a bit of a scare. like I can be bothered to wait 1 min and a half to just do a 360 when you can do it in seconds!!!

hehe. And lol Dk woudlnt you rather fly something where the wings are moving at the same speed as the fus!

I have been offered some work experience with helicopeters. i think i will take it.

Had one flight in a copter I was sat in back looked out front all I could see was ground and when I looked out side window we where nearly at right angles to the ground

Then we did some spins and hard turns. I'll dig some pix's out sometime. LOL

How it should be but spining. I hate it. the last time I had to do it I got a right rolicking because I froze up when he put it in a spin and then he said I did it

I should get practicing them beacuse if I dont act fast then it could easy be fatal because of my weight.

DK you should come down to the club sometime. I think the Ea's should have a meet there when the airshow is on too. Its gonna be a good un!

Found gliding a pain as I had to be at the club for 12 hours to get 15 mins flyng time.

had a Shadow microlight which was a lot of fun

I like the team effort thing. But only at nice clubs!! I'm at the best club ever now and I love it! How far did you get with it and at what clubs? Isnt trent valley in lincolnshire! That was where I had my first ever flight in a puch. I did it with the guides on a jamboree. Lol i had no idea what gliding was until i got there!!

I'm hoping to start microlighting soon. I have had one kinda lesson of a mate but it's hard flying in the back. Couldnt see and controls are funny at first but I get to go in the front next time. I managed to do all flying in there air and a low pass. But I really like gliding. I w want to get in a single seater this year. I could have done it last time but I was too much of a chicken.

Why did you give it all up? money?
