Depending on the time your order is placed its usually next working day delivery within the UK.

Usually if you order by 1pm on the day we usually get it out the same working day  ;)

The weekends are not regarded as working days so if you order sat, they go out Monday and you recieve on Tuesday usually!

0044 is the uk code (00 is the same as +) so some1 from the UK called you.

If the following numbers were 00441772 then that is from Preston and in the UK so more of A chance its from the Pro-Jump office

While on the subject, Postage to the Isle of Wight classed as mainland?

Sounds stupid, but some places, like Argos (I think), charge more for the stupid bit of water being there. On the other hand, Firetoys.com dont care about the stupid bit of water, and they class Fraggle Rock as part of the mainland.

Cheers.

For Pro-Jump.co.uk it's usually a case of what is classed as mainland by the courier we use

Usually if an extra charge is made by the courier then there is a surcharge for the customer

At the moment the delivery to mainland UK is free on the Pro-Jump website - This was suppose to be a limited time offer but it looks like it's is here to stay until I get told otherwise.

We have changed couriers so I'm not certain of the actual charge and if they is one but I'll find out tomorrow when the office opens  ;)
