you could follow the link in one of the above replies or click on the home button at the top of the page then go down to the pictures and videos section and go in there  hope this helps

The easiest way in simple format:

• When you make a post or reply, You will see text that says Additional Options directly below the main area where you type your post. Click on it.
• You should now be able to see the Attach area where you can click the browse button and find the picture on your computer.
• Continue with the post as normal and your picture should be displayed in the post, below the text.
