Hey,
I've been out and about on my pro jumps a few times now and i'm really confident just walking about etc. Even running!
Theres just a slight problem and i'm not sure if its my technique or if i need to adjust my stilts!
If i've had my stilts on for a few hours and have been running / jogging about, i start to develop bruises / swelling on the backs of my legs, not too far above the back of my knee, from where the top of my spring has been pushed into my legs when i run.
I've tried to alter the way i run slightly but i still get the same problem.
I was just wondering if its my technique i need to alter completely or if i need to adjust my stilts?
