My lower back is quite sore but I think if it wasn't for the impact shorts I'd have been in casualty! Gonna glue some more foam to the back part of the shorts methinks.....

Actually I'm sat here p!ssing myself laughing watching it

specially in slow motion...It seems that I landed OK but I dind't absorb the bounce so my legs shot out in front of me then bounced me backwards - OUCH!

You're still not all gonna see it though, I'll die

It appear my bag cushioned my head or I probably would have cracked me skull too!

Well I have finally got back, bus was 30mins late, then train was 30 mins late too, that was a whole hour to the journey time, next time, I am sticking with the train, lol It was a good day, will look at pics tomorrow as I am now off to bed lol

The meet was awesome, im sore as hell 2day im not that colourfull with bruises guys else id of posted a pic i doubt it will but if it comes up 2moz illl post a pic then but my knee, sholder and elbow all feel like there bruised aswell works not going to be fun can hardly move pullin ale pints wont be fun lol, awesome day tho really needed a meet int been bockin in ages so thanks to everyone who turned up

jester i hope you can get up an down soon just a lil bit small for ya bocks at the min thas all mate but u got the technique for it now just grow lol sleep in a compost bag or sumin
