as soon as you get out on the pro jumps the weight wil start to drop, the better you get its almost like the harder it gets.
think about it this way, to start with your adding big weights to your legs to walk, ten your gonna start trying to jump, that takes energy and then eventually tricking.
now im currently practising linking tricks together, i think 5 is my best at the minute, but BOY HAVE I DROPPED WEIGHT, i havent been this fit or looked this good since i was thai boxing professionally.
