to start with how much what springs are you on and what is your body weight?
think 90's will be suitable for you, as I am 64kgs and can almost bottom out my 90's half of the time, the springs for 7's is T-rex which have a weight range of 70 to 90kgs

so if im bottoming out my pjs after 1 month how long will it be before i bottom out a second pair of pj springs???
