Knee Support

Where exacly should the knee supports be placed on your leg?
I have mine about 4 inches from my knee cap and they are unbearable. They rub against my leg so much that I find myself taking the stilts off after twenty minutes due to leg injuries.
Is this just happening to me or is this normal?
Thanks in advance.

Mine r like an inch or 2 below mine, just make sure u tighten up the back strap as much as u can, I found it hurts somtimes, some people recommend getting foam tubing and putting it around teh support bar so it doesnt rub

Have a look at this topic just tells you how to adjust it to
http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=1229.0
You may want to secure your leg with webbing see
http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=1395.0
If the top of the spring is hurting you, you may want to put some sort of padding there or raise your footplate, check out the mods section for these.

I found out by accident that if you loosen the nuts so that you can only just move the bar, you can put them on a walk on them and adjust them to the right place and then tighten them up
Don't jump on them like that !
