Gym for practice?
« on: January 25, 2007, 07:02:47 PM »
I live in Hillingdon, on the edge of london, and wanted to know if theres a good gym that I can go and bounce my brains out? I want to learn how to flip, as I can confidently run, jump, skip etc, and want to try something new!

Anyone know of a good gym that wouldnt mind me bouncing away?  :)

I think a few people are suffering the same problems and everyone wants to bounce their brains out  lol.

Try local community centres and leisure centres.
