Just another weight question, but this is different!
« on: November 05, 2008, 07:49:43 PM »
Now, I'm not a stick, however I'm not fat and last time I weighed myself I was 72kg with clothes on.
When I get my pro jumps, I hope to be able to lose weight through exercise on them but gain muscle.
I don't foresee being able to do awesome flips, but you never know, anyway I just want my jumpers to have a bit of fun on and get fitter.

What is the best weight for me? I've looked at all the charts I can find, I seem to be on the 80/90kg jumpers border.

I agree with 90's. The general rule is at least 10kg over. Even if you lose the 2kg you would have broken them in to the 72kg and the dont go harder again as you get lighter. Also the learning and weight loss curve should be the same and the better you get the higher spring weight you want.
