Better Height?

Hey

I am bouncing quite well atm moment but I don't seem to get alot of height (3 feet at most) I'm nearly bottoming out my PJ's, Should I get Harder springs?

Mine are 60's atm cus im so light (55), should I get 70's?

Any Help?

you should really get minimum 10kg over you weight or 20kg over    :banana:

Yehh thats wat I was aiming for

On the box it says 60-90 so its bout 75 avg

But mine were from Ebay and they were a really good deal, and all the other ones were like way to heavy

And btw i just did my first spring grab :biggrin: :biggrin:

So i geuss im getting better, and i can get better height now i think :-\

I read somewere u had Live? Im    The Ellam      add me ill be on in a few days prob, bockin atm :biggrin:

Heh, you can't jump much higher if you have springs of your weight. I jump with +25 kilos exceeding (my weight is 68, my springs are 93, 27% weight exceeding). I can't say I jump mega high - it's about 1,5 meters, but I know guys who jump on +55 kilos! Well... they rule the world!!! But I'm not so trained ((( and can have problems with my spine, neck and knees, if I jump with such an exceeding... Still I want to try.

Dude, jack got some new 80's a while back, and as long as your technique is good, you can use anything. I weigh around 60Kg and can bottom S-rex X's (90-120Kg)
