yh but they vary slightly so some are heavier and some are lighter ask them specifically for some slightly lighter ones.
They come out the factory with 30, 40, 50, 60 etc written on the bottom. None will have 55.
I'm 99% certain ProJump do not test every pair of stilts they have to see what the optimum weight is for them, nor do they look for lighter or heavier ones and specifically ship them out depending on the user's weight. ProJump don't make, assemble or test the stilts. That's all done in China by FlyingLocust.

Mine have 75 on sprog =]

THE WORLD HAS GONE CRAZY! :o

Every one that I've seen has only had 50, 60, 70 etc.
I guess that I've only seen the bottoms of springs that are exactly on the weight limit. As far as I remember, they are tested in factory and the number on the bottom corresponds to the weight limit. I'm assuming they only test one pair and the rest made from the same resin mix have the same numbers put on the bottom. It could be the numbers show the optimum weight for the spring, which would explain why some don't have 50, 60, 70 etc.
Still, I don't think ProJump are going to go rummaging through every box of F50's until they find a pair with 55 on. I know they're good on customer service, but that's just mad!

I wonder why I've only seen them with numbers going up in 10's :-\

Thanks for all the information, especially 'Sprog'. I'm not sure what to do now...I'll have a word with George - 'Cloggy' on the forum - see what he wants to do.
Cheers all! :)

Sorry Sprog

I've got to agree with Jack here

I've had a set of 123's a set or 119's  in glassfibre

A set of 115's in carbon and I am currently on 2 sets of 114 carbons

I have never owned a set that were an exact multiple of 10

And just to prove it a pic (I just happen to be re-bushing them )

Oi, no need to rub it in! :haha:
Dunno why I've only seen them in 10's, i'm pretty sure the numbers on the bottoms must be the optimum tested weight :-\

I thought the same as you sprog's and my first pair said 70. I assumed that was for the weight catogory but my second pair was 78 ???

And we should rub it in as much as possible. You are not wrong often! I say, do it while you can  :haha:

I was sure that the first number, well first 2 numbers when 100+ kgs referred to the weight spring and that last number referred to the hardness of the spring, but naz can put me right if i am wrong

The size you had where infact 121's

Powerisers on use whole factors of 10's

I also recall Carlgreen saying that he had 322 writen on a set thou I maybe misstaken about that.

mine had 66, which would make sense that that translates to 66kg, as they were M60s

No DK they are 123's
I checked them again and they definately read 123

My 119's were marked 0119 which I read as 6110 and thought I had got a set of 110's by accident  :haha:(I'll bet the guys and galls at PJ laughed at that one when I called them ) The 0 was there to mark which way it should be read

It makes sence that due to manufacturing tolerances when you make lots of glass springs they are going to vary by a few pounds up or down so I would think that they use a tool similar to the one I have at work that compresses the spring by a certain distance and then read off the poundage and mark them then later they just match them up to ballance the springs

I have made the tool to test my springs every couple of weeks as I tend to use one leg harder than the other so when one spring starts to go soft I just swap the spring and foot section and it evens out the spring and hoof wear thus making the bocks last longer
