Sunday...what a day!

I dont no about where you lot are but where i am... sheffield..its been the best weather since ive had my pro ju,ps... was out on them most of the day...AND i got onto doing my first three sixtys....wel chuffed ;D. gettin so much more confidence aswell now!!!! can run faster... any one out and about recently or gettin onto new stuff?? share share!

ya today was great purfect. really made some progress with mine. split kiks, grab spring behind me, running backwards. bottemed out quite abit so im quite annoyed but what can you do.   hoping it stays good for tomorrow!

By 360's you mean jumping + turning mid-air in a full circle (full twist to any trampolinists reading)?

i went out bouncing yesterday for about 4 hours it was abit windy on southend sea front walking into the wind was fine running was abit more dificult but running with the wind was fantastic  :) please dont try this when its 70 mph winds it was just right yesterday   

what was more funny was getting my friend on them  within 20 mins he was walking unaided i think he may of cought the jumping bug  :) :) :) :)
