How good are you already? What tricks can you do.

Unless you've done some serious acrobatics or trampolining then you shouldnt be worry about flips after just 3 weeks.

The hottest gig in the UK at the moment is the gym in Bradford, home of the projump display team. It's a privately owned gym which seems to be a very rare thing in the UK.

I'm just launching a club in south wales and we'll be having regular gym time at a leisure centre but on the overall impression I get from leisure centres across the country is that they dont really like the idea of us hiring the hall to use bouncy dangerous things :/ hopefully that will change.

Also as the sport grows so will the need for such things so the situation can only get better :D

I've started Trampolining lessons, hopefully I'll get comfy with forward and backward flips then progress to a springboard and crash matts then to the floor and crash matts (with weights on my ankles).  Then when I feel comfy, I'll try the stilts and crash matts.

Then - and only then - will I go and hurt myself for real  ;)

All the best - if you get the chance why not do a video dairy of your progress for all of us to see on here

it will inspire others to give it a go & do it safely just like you

Thanks

:)

don't forget if anyone is coming to the gym at the weekend talk to uncle matt, most of the pro jump display team will be ther to give help and its gona be fun, also il give my view on what we call safety checks, this will be a big help with people wanting to know more about the white t shape, some people have understood the great advantage of the t shape, its o case of understanding what it does, most people know so i wont go on, im going to gym now, il be on later.
