Just like to say a big thanx to all the guys at Bradford Gym, went last night . will most definatly be there again.Cheers guys and good luck this weekend :)

yeah i total enjoyed it too... your help was much appriciated fellas.
for anyone who hasnt seen these guys, they are good, and watching pros is very inspiring and helpfull...

Its a privately owned gym used for gymnastics and dance classes. Stevie knows the guy who owns it and for a small donation we get to do pretty much whatever we want to do in there lol.

I want to learn how to front and backflip.

I'm in North Manchester, so Bradford is only 30mins away.

a donation of 2.50 is normally asked to train with us.. it goes straight into the gym box so we dont get any of it .. would be great to see you there Ogi!

Calling all Gym users at Bradford. When is the next time your up there i aint been for a long time and havent really been on pro jumps for a whiole could do with the practice.
