Warrenty + Delivery
« on: May 12, 2007, 12:46:34 AM »
Heya.

I have searched but cannot find certain information i would like from Pro-Jump.co.uk.

 - Warrenty/Garrentie - If something breaks when i have not used the PJs for long, can i get a replacement for free? or something along those lines

- Delivery Information - Ive read '2 days' but is that from order? working days? etc. a little clarification would be awsome.

cheerz

Zeph.

Hello

Umm as far as I'm aware Pro-Jump offer a next working day service (Weekends are not classed as working days) When I ordered mine I placed an order about 1 ish on a wednesday & they arrived on Thursday morning about 9am. Looking at some posts on the forum I think this is pretty acurrate.

Ive just looked on the Pro-Jump site and it says the following:

"Is there a warranty or guarantee?
The Pro-Jump stilts are provided with the statutory 28 days warranty. This excludes general wear and tear and damage caused by extreme use or mis use. If any problems occur please contact us by phone on 01772 792 600 so we can deal with the issue promptly. In some cases you may be asked to return the product for inspection before a replacement can be sent."

I know if you have a problem Pro-Jump will usually sort it out for you if you give them a call.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks Athoul...

Unless the order didn't go through for any reason (in which case someone will have tried to contact you) You should have had your stilts for Thursday / Friday dependant on the time you placed your order.

Please call 01772 792 600 with your order number & someone will be able to chase your order up for you straightaway.

:)

Oh, you did your job fine. You rang me on Thursday to say the Black were out of stock (this should be updated on the website to save disapointment and delivery times. *Currently out of stock* or what ever.), and sent them off for monday.

Its the Delivery guy who has messed up big time. He comes to the house on Monday, doesn't even bother ringing the house bell, just writes a note and leaves it at the top of the stairs ont he fence! Doesn't even come to the house! The note says "will try again on Tues". Never came. So i phoned up, had a go, and he promiced "Wed morning, its noted as urgent". So he comes between 2-4pm when no one was in the house, we'd been there the whole morning waiting! So have to wait till tomorrow... Thats if it even arrives then!

Probably a good thing, last exam tomorrow! Can't have too many distractions!

So want to start bouncing! >.<

PS - it took me ages to find the warrenty info. its right down the bottom under "Terms and Conditions".

They finally arrived on Friday. VERY disappointed at ParcelForce. Maybe Pro-Jumps should use a different Deliverer in this area? They REALLY did badly. Took a week to deliver them.

recently ordered knee and elbow pads, they were meant to come on Tuesday, came on Friday.

not too bothered this time (kinda expected it form parcel force) because i cant go on them anyway. done my back in good n proper!

Anyways, am i meant to have a Child Knee Pads for Adult Elbow Pads? because thats what the packaging says they are. They fit and work fine, but just wondering.

I think they mean next working day so I would be tuesday

As for parcel force I think it depends on the local branch my local postie and parcel force are really good but I have heard of some areas that arn't so hot, but couriers are the same, some good and some bad
