Hey guys ! :) last year I fell off a 3 story building and hut ledges as I went down.. And my knee cap was broken ( really lucky that was all ) and iv had problems with it ever since, but iv just aggrivated it and the doctors said I might need physio and a lot of rest... So I might ither need to stop bocking all together or just for a short time :'( !  :Ccry:

Sorry to hear that mate, hope you're on the mend soon.

For what its worth, I dont think bocking is particularly bad on the knees, especially once you have got the technique down. However, every knee injury is different and they all get aggrevated by different things. Usually women.

Hope your ok mate

I managed to get my knee caught between a brick wall and me weilding a club hammer (don't ask I'm just stupid  :Claugh:)

Took about 2 years before it was sort of right again but bocking seems to help it on the bad days

So heres hoping yours is the same and you can bock

Before i started bocking i was a semi pro ice skater and damage my knee i was told i cant skate anymore or do any sport as my knees would give out on me going up staires or ladders, i took a big risk as wanted to give this sport ago now the doctors can't believe that my knee is almost 100% repaired and i dont get it giving out on me been bocking for three years now and love it  :Cwink: :Cyes: :Straddle5:
