You know I agree there are few places in the UK that rival cardiff bay for bocking however, I still feel not a lot of bocking takes place at CB. I mean sure the EA's had fun on both the conrete and wooden steps and some of our guys did too but on the whole I dont think people look around and think ok what I could learn to do today.
It's not a bad thing, many of us are old friends and its great to chill and chat and have a laugh but when I see things like Hannah (mini ellis) learning to vault, Jason and Clive jumping on the dock wall I think THATS what CB should be about.
Seriously with the amount of steps of all shapes and sizes, hand rails, blocks and even the giant pebbles which nobody visited this year - there is a lot that I think any bocker could come along and push themselves and learn something new.
When we talk about the possibility of other venues around the country we always look for obstacles and things to do for us but do we really need that?
I think people would learn more coming to cardiff in a smaller group and actually bock, just like sprog mentioned though I wouldnt count on staying at my house for 2 weeks!
