my muscles hert  :(, its hard to do it allready because they hert

This is a common problem which you get when you start, because when bocking you use muscles which you have never put any major strain on them before, so if you go out and use this muscles for 2 hours non-stop they are bound to ache.

Take a day or so rest between each hard session and your muscles will eventually get used to the strain and will toughen up.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room!

shaun if  you were to suddenly take up oo canoeing  you would be in pain after a few hours paddling. Just take a days break and try to remember to do a few warm up exercises before you next go bocking

yeah well ive had them for 7 days now. and yesterday i was bocking for about 5 hours straight and today im in soo much pain. so  i think im havin  a few days rest lol.

And ET ROCKS on his bocks, he is very good on them, has landed the occasional flip and does some wicked split kicks. He is one of the best non-professional bockers I have met :)

could of done cant b bothad tho lol. i want to see people do flips i would like to do them but im out of flippin practice and our trampolene needs replacing like the net/ springy bit our back garden is near the secondary school n sum kids threw a fag on it n burnt a hole in the black bit makin the school replace it lol

Ooh ta very much Ash, I am alright but there are plenty of non professional bockers better than me. Yesterday in Cardiff bay I did a very good smashing of my shin into concrete steps ;D. I am not so good jumping up onto things but have been working on that this weekend. To whoever said they wanted to see pics of me bocking, there are pics and vids on the other forum.
