Hey all,
I got my letter from the walk for life organisers reminding me of this years event.
I know this event is very popular with all bocking clubs, so this leads me onto the important question .....who's entering the bockers' team on their website ?
&feature=related

The letter sent to me by WALK FOR LIFE about this years event.
"Follow the yellow Brick Road.............................
On Sunday 5th June 2011, the walk for life will transorm Potters Field Park into the Emerald City, with a hint of Kansas thrown in, and we hope you'll be there with us to mark a new beginning for this unique event.
Crusaid and Terrence Higgins Trust merged in 2010 in order to safeguard the future of the Hardship Fund, which provides a financial lifeline for people living with HIV in the UK. We're delighted to announce the Walk for Life will be back in June to continue raising money for the Hardship Fund - and help kepp HIV on the national agenda.
Reach for your oil can - we're off to see the Wizard
We know you like to dress up, but choosing which costume can be such a drag (sorry - we couldn't help ourselves). Should it be sequins
or fake fur? Kitten heels or wellies? So we figured a theme might help when you're rooting through the wardrobe. And what we came up with is.....yes, you guessed it, the Wizard of OZ!
Obviously we hope to see loads of cowardly Lions, tribes of Tin Men and dozens of Dorothys. But we're also looking forward to witches, Munchins and even the odd flying monkey ( the odder the better, we reckon). And if the Wiz doesn't float your boat, wear whatever you like and come anyway.
What else is new?
We're adhering to that old adage that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. For over 20 years, thousands of you have been coming along to the Walk for Life and making it the remarkable celebration of love, life and determination it's become. [/b]
