this was my worst nightmare..i damaged my tendon's/ligament's in my right knee in a motorbike accident 12 year's ago..had no major problem's till today.. :Cno:

Did you do any damage mate

That looked like a fairly standard fall and you seemed to handle it well

Anyway hope no permanent damage done just bruises

it look's staged..but i had a motobike accident 12 year's ago that bugger my knee..had no problem's with diving/running..but when it went crack today i knew i was in trouble:(..

Got it now mate

I take it it was the knee giving way that caused the fall rather that the fall making the knee go

If that is the case have you tried one of those American football style knee braces

They are reinforced with steel/ally hinges and designed to give lots of support and stability to knee injurys while doing sports

yea that's right jason it was the knee giving way..don't know if i'll be able to get back on the stilt's..it was allway's a worry that the knee would go but you gotta live & take chances to have fun:) could have to have an operation now...colin..

if when ur knee is healed im sure if you just started and progressed slowly it would strenthen your knee over time just like having physio does.
