i have been stilting for about a year now and never had any injury related problems but at a meet two weeks ago i came back from the meet and my back was hurting so i just presumed that it was bockers back or somthing and i havent been on my stilts since then in the hope that my back would get better but since then its got worse :/ is bockers back supposed to last this long?

plenty of rest mate i had exactly the same as you and thought the same also it seemed to take ages for it to stop hurting but eventualy it did and havent had it since ")

Bockers back is a sort of ache that you get from using a lot of muscles in your back that you are not used to using
What you have dosen't sound like bockers back
At the meet did you land awkwardly or leaning forward as I and a few others I know have pulled muscles by landing badly
This can take a long time to heal like any back strain
Your best bet would be to visit either the doctor (if you have a doc that does something about bad backs) or I normally go to my Chiropractor and she sorts it out
But rest is normally a good idea
Hope it feels better soon
