Hi,
What's easier front flip or back flip?
any advice would be helpfull
Thanks.

back somersaults are generally easier because you have vision all the way roun (so long as you keep your eyes open)
Both are equally dangerous though if you have little or no experience with somersaulting in general.
Learn to do them off the PJ's first. I practise with ankle weights on also to emulate the additional weight

back flips are easier but dont kill yourself arthur

If you have a matt of a foam pit to flip into I would go for the front flip.

but you have more momentum when doing front flip dont you? there fore making it easier?

My 2 Cents..
talking from years of expierience.. most people learn the front flip first.. and then go onto ace the backflip befor they properly improve the frontflip..
this is because Backflips are definately easier! ;D
you can spot your landing and if you did fall you would fall forwards.. so it could be considered less dangerous.. but im not sure about that ;)

you might get more momentum but then that also meens it will be harder to keep balanced after wards or it would be easier to over rotate and end up messing up your back.......but theres a risk in bot5h so i suppose it depends on wha6 people find easier personally
