I tried adjusting my knee brackets but found that the bars were rubbing with the nuts at the top of the pro jump. To even move them I had to remove the entire collar and then grind them past the nuts. By the looks of the other scratches they were put in this way. Do I have a bent bracket?
Thankyou

Can you take some pics?
There are four hex bolts (alan keys) to loosen and when they are reasonably loose the knee bar slides up and down quite freely with a little push.
-
After loosening the nuts so that the washers were free to move, the bar remained clamped round the top two nuts as seen by the pics.
The last one indicates just how tight it was held on.

wrong nuts mate :)
Follow the diagram in the manual. Its the alan key nuts further down that you loosen for the knee bar. Four of them attached to the black plastic collar. I'll see if i can find a pic now.

Those four were the ones I loosened.
