Description: Soz its a lil blurred. But it works!! we did 2 halves of 3 on 3. Seems safe enuff, game flowed and we had FUNN. Gonna keep going with this. If any1 wants to come along and give us a game just shout out. Im gonna look at the rules of basketball 'proper' and see if we need to vary them. Thanks to rob for the pix. | Trixter Posts:1187 | September 27, 2009, 10:57:28 PM i looked into doing basketball ages on bocks n was going to organise a tornament style thing with diff groups then award a cup etc, ther isnt much difference in the rules except obviously cant stand still so travelings out lol Locky it is a little bit harder to do jump shots etc concentrate more on the landing then anythink else your doing other then that pretty much the same |

Jason, yep my original post on jj stated the idea was to look at safty, practicality and enjoyment. Suprisingly 2 me, we all moved OK, not much bouncing , but some with the ball. We honestly 4got we were on stilts really and , speaking 4 myself really enjoyed. |

The key safety issue is with travelling and jumping. I think initially a cross between basket ball and netball rules would work best. ie when you get the ball in the key you cannot travel. ? |
