Whats the difference?

Does anyone know that from the Pro-jump.co.uk website theres an icon for "Web Logs" section for which links to http://www.powerriser.co.uk/?p=1 ???

this has been here for ages.. i have no-idea what this is on about.. and i dont think this section is very popular..

mabie this section is for people like you luckey who have done online diaries and stuff?  ???
