Bear with me this is a long one but worth trying if you feel unbalanced when jumping
I found that my right foot was kicking to one side every time I bounced two footed
Then I realised that my right knee was rubbing on the inside of the hoop
So I put a short straight edge against the ally support under the foot plate and found that the spring seemed to be to one side hard to explain but easy to try
Checked the left one and found it was well out the other way but that one seemed right so I tightened the side rods on one side and loosened the other side on the right hand PJ
This had the effect of moving the heel of the foot plate towards the inside of the spring
almost like magic I can now jump two footed easily where as before it felt very unbalanced

yeah I've found i need to adjust the rods for my right foot. Some people just seem to make do with however it comes though.
Worth playing with until u get it right, it can make a hell of a difference.

Yep it changed mine from b***dy wobbly to really solid
I've got some pics to explain better but keep getting an error message about upload folder being full

images are best uploaded to photobucket and then you insert them on the forum like this

I have also had to adjust my right bock and now it feels a lot better, I wish I had done it sooner

You will want to protect your springs with either electrical tape or a bike inner tube, and tyre socks, to go over your feet!!!
