Ah so I went for a walk around the park near my house, and I bumped into a guy who used to bock himself. I walked past him as he played football with, I assume, his son and then we had a nice chat - especially about the strange looks we get! He used to own a pair of 7 leagues, and I even showed off my new tyre armour. :D
Weather today's lovely and I've been out for 2 sessions so far, getting a bit more confident at walking each time (it's very windy!). Though I must say that I prefer to walk on the grass, since it's nice and soft. :P It was a nice surprise to meet a fellow (ex)bocker, since I don't know of any other bockers around my area (Slough).

Hah yeah, I get a bit jittery on concrete. Being short, it looks like a long way down!

Well all of those places are better than bocking on the roads. Or to be more specific falling over in the road and, not being able to stand up, having to crawl to the side and haul yourself up, especially with a small group of people looking at you. All good fun though

I have a strange feeling that if I start coming down to the London meets, which I do plan to, I will have many falls in front of big crowds.
Tomorrow will be good as well, a sunny (I hope), bank holiday Monday on Primrose Hill, lots of people to try and not fall over in front of,
I have been bocking a day and I looooove it :Claugh:
