Description: bruises from knee cuff bar being to high at first i guess and me bending my knees to try and jump/get up? bottom of it is just a close up of the BIG one... it was a hard knot... yeah im fat i know... sorry... working on that!

So yeah I guess not the knee bar... need to try to change that... newbie remember hehe  ! |

| May 26, 2009, 10:47:16 PM Nice bruise looks like a 'love heart' Also changing the height of the knee bar, or calf cuffs as RicochetBNB uses, would not alter the height of the springs against your back leg. Only changing the height of your flootplate or putting something on it to make you higher would lower where the springs hit your leg |

OO un as the calf cuff is malliable ( or simila spillin), I guess if they were secured above the knee, they would bend and permit movement, but with difficulty which might explain the bruises |
