| Brendan (NeoNinja) Posts:569 | June 24, 2008, 12:45:54 AM Dang, some of the first attempts scared the heck out of me, thought you were gonna get owned by the box... which would have sucked considering how many crash mats there were! lol. I did my first back-flip off of a 7ft climbing frame in the park. You're lucky to have a gym, but you have to be careful not to rush things. I usually teach people on flat ground, in a gym now, but still on flat. That way you have no chance of smashing your face on the obstacle you started on before you land... ...that said. It looks like your backflips are coming along nicely. You just need to remember to jump up and tuck hard like Greg said.  Good luck! |
