RicochetBNB Posts:65 | May 29, 2009, 06:27:23 AM I still got a lot to learn lol! Bending my knees just happens now... I guess because I want SO MUCH to be JUMPING hehe! |
Kazbahn Posts:339 | May 27, 2009, 02:45:20 PM You shouldn't be bending your legs when you jump all the force should be coming from your hips and back, and down through your heels. |
RicochetBNB Posts:65 | May 27, 2009, 04:56:23 AM I did lower the knee bar, a lot, I think this was from the top of the spring hitting my leg hard when trying to jump/sit/get up off the ground after putting on my bocks... maybe? So yeah I guess not the knee bar... need to try to change that... newbie remember hehe ! |
Schoie Posts:101 | May 26, 2009, 10:47:16 PM Nice bruise looks like a 'love heart' Also changing the height of the knee bar, or calf cuffs as RicochetBNB uses, would not alter the height of the springs against your back leg. Only changing the height of your flootplate or putting something on it to make you higher would lower where the springs hit your leg |
Bbmthbloke Posts:2363 | May 26, 2009, 08:12:22 PM Aiden, do you consider it 'your Kangaroo' or 'a Kangaroo who lives with you'? Cos they r wild animals like cats but unlike the domesticated dog. There r two cats about me who choose to live here and I would be very upset if either desided to leave but would respect such a desition. Where do u stand vis a vi this Kangaroo? OO un as the calf cuff is malliable ( or simila spillin), I guess if they were secured above the knee, they would bend and permit movement, but with difficulty which might explain the bruises |
