yep 1st few outings it will hurt 'bockers back' basically u r owrking the body in new ways and it needs to get used to it. Would be the same if u suddenly took up ooo say canoeing, u would be feeling pain in place u never knew could feel pain.  Dont worry things 'stretch' and get use to this silly sport. tHO A FEW STREWTCHING EXERCISES WOULD NOT HURT B4 A BOUNCING SESSION ooops soz 4 shouting

practice practice practice dude thats all it is, the more height u get the better, maybe try stretchin out your legs abit get abit more flexible if thats wot the problem was but looks good so far

seemed ok 4 a 1st effort. u seemed a lil low tho.  Get more height and u will b more confident, also swing your arms more as well
