acroair Posts:145 | December 30, 2011, 01:47:28 PM yeeee well done ! I agree with locky a little on the springs , as some bottom out shows you are using maximum spring travel. As for any help on the flip, you need to keep your arms up in the air on your take off bounce ,( as you do on the one before ), then tuck tight.( grabbing knees helps). Also keep your head up , as looking down will make it hard to spot your landing and will make you travel not go up . hope this helps !!!!!!! just keep at it , lol chris |
BitLord83 Posts:140 | December 30, 2011, 05:04:32 AM The problem is, I can't even get a good one foot launch into a two footed takeoff because I bottom out the spring so bad it just buckles my knee. I really do need to upgrade the springs. If I get an absolutely perfect one I might have enough height, but as it stands right now, I can't get any more height at all because of my springs. What should I do to get around all the way? Tuck up tighter? Anything else? |
Locky Posts:2549 | December 30, 2011, 03:54:09 AM Pretty good first try. I disagree about needing to upgrade. Bottoming out isnt a bad thing and you're getting enough height there anyway. Upgrading the spring will be stiffer and wont give you any more height. |
