tony Posts:11 | April 15, 2012, 05:58:03 PM Locky. I am trying to improve the tricks. I still can not do it. |
tony Posts:11 | April 15, 2012, 05:53:09 PM Thanks Mitch for the info. However I'm with Locky. Bend your knees on the heels do not help. Some tutorials show that we should be with the body straight to get a better jump. As for the tires socks I wold like to hear more opinions. |
Locky Posts:2549 | April 14, 2012, 04:57:28 PM Ignore mitch, he is talking out of his giraffes backside lol. DONT bend your knees up, infact the best bocking technique is to keep your legs quite straight, maybe bent a little bit but definitely dont bring your knees up. Your technique looks fine to me. What is it you are trying to improve on? |
GiraffeMitch Posts:4 | April 14, 2012, 01:54:08 PM Great bouncing! I think that when you leave the floor you need to bend your legs to get more bounce, I would also say take your tyre socks off they take some bounce out of the spring in my experience tyre socks don't really help |
tony Posts:11 | April 14, 2012, 01:32:13 PM I am using a Skyrunner 70-90 kg. But I am now weighing 92 kg. I bought a Skyrunner 90 -110 kg. I think I will improve the jumps now. Suggestions are welcome. |
