no problem. and yeah keep doing that  :Cbiggrin: and without even realizing you will start jumping bigger your tricks will become better and you will have more confidence. and yeah its usual to have muscle pain the first while... it should go away soon. where are your feeling the pain ? and bocking uses bassically every muscle in your body

 :Nero: Thanks @super-spring for the info. I'm practicing almost every day and hope to soon be able to do bigger and better jumps. Now I'm using a Skyrunner 90 to 110 kg which is far more compatible with my weight.

I Do not know if it's because of my age, 49 years, but  I have felt pain in the muscles. :Straddle5:

so far your doing really well :) all you really need to do is practice and everything will sort of become easyer and come to you :) but well done and keep the vids coming :)

I am using a Skyrunner 70-90 kg. But I am now weighing 92 kg. I bought a Skyrunner 90 -110 kg. I think I will improve the jumps now. I still can not do tricks.
Suggestions are welcome :Nero:
