as titles says ive finally learnt to get up lol and very proud i can fall over and bnot have to call for help or crawl to a wall... or take em off was bored and outside tesco so i tryed to do a splitkick as i landed i lost balance and fell lol so i just wentfor it and got up first try!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Well done mate, its a big achievement and I remeber when i learnt to do this I was well excited and even made a video somewhere lol.

when i first did it i was demonstarting to a friend how i couldnt do it......then i accidently kinda got up and thought well....that made me look stupid

Lol i cant get up !
Ive only had them 3 days though and i was trying it on the grass this morning and everytime i tried getting up i slipped probly cos the grass was wet but i cant bring my front leg high enough up to my shoulder to get up properly like on the videos.
Ill try it on the road later and tell you how i get on.

If your knee hoop bar is too high then the straping behind your knee maybe stopping you bending it ?

i dont bring my leg infront of the other ill get a vbid soon ok ? ill say what i do for now tho ok well i get into the position with leg forwards but not up its like lieing forwards then i push myself up form floor with hands and go into like a near splits the kind were you carnt do the splits and its as far as you can go and then i jump...

I too would like to profess to having joined the ranks of those, who, having fallen down, needn't roll around aimlessly shouting "Help! Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!"
I have however found that, if I bounce around for a while and then try and get up, my legs are generally too fatigued to allow me to... Stupid lack of muscle tone / fitness...

Well I got up Withought spliting the crotch in my combats today ..... hehehe
I am only 5 ft 1 so quite a long way up to get .... mind you was a weeeeeee bit wobbly :P

well i did it once with rob in cambridge on grass and in stevenage yesterday im slowly improving!!
