Hello,
Just wanna ask a question about my bocks and my legs :-\
Does anyone Else have the problem that when you have your Pj's on That the Top of the Spring were it joins the metal part digs in to the back of your leg when you bend your knee. I am having probs (and Bruises) bending my leg when I run, try to get up or get down, seems like its too long, or my legs are too short :-\ I find i have to try to point my toe inwards so the spring misses my legs. Anyone else find this? Or is there someway of avoiding it?
Thanks Peeps
Shaz ;)

How short are you legs? I have short legs too but it doesn't bother me. Some people put the soles of flipflops on their PJ's. It makes you just a bit taller.

dont worry its a common problem for people with short legs. As dusty says best and easiest method is to raise the platform by sticking on flipflop soles to the footplate. Also try to wear chunkier shoes/trainers with a raised sole this will all giv u more height and hopefully solve the problem.

yep cheap old thick flipflop sole --bout £ from the shop of same name.
Also some peeps put padding over the top of the spring

Foam sticky tape should work fine to stick them on with just don't use to much ( It's a bugger to remove ) !?
