Title: OW MY BACK!!

hello everyone!! ;D

normally i cant wait to go on my stilts but recently when i jump my back and my shoulder is really hurting i have tried stretching before i do bocking and ive asked about jumping techniques but my shoulder keeps on hurting is it just my wierd body or does this happen to anyone els ???

Mine does aswell, I think we call it Bockers Back, mine still aches fro CiN, it happens, rest it for a bit, then go again!

i want to be the younger brother figure

anyone over 35 is a dad or mum

GB is grandad ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D << i mean this in a nice way :D

naz is the youngest shes 3 and likes to throw things at grandad

and anyone els can be the other ppl in the house

It seems I have been turned into a girl again!! I am getting use to this!! But I don't think skirts and bocks mix!! lol  ;D
