On another topic I showed The Poweriser Dictionary (http://www.bazzanet.com/poweriserdictionary.htm) to Aiden when he requested bocking terms, however our eagle eyed Dark Knight noticed a few discrepancies in the listing and it looks like it hasn’t been updated in a while, so I thought it would be a good idea to expand on the original idea and create a more comprehensive dictionary....
So who’s going to get it rolling? :D
Don't worry about alphabetical order for now we can do that after and we’ll also add the ones from the original dictionary too and also link to it (its only fair! Credit where credits due :))
Here goes I’ll start with one :D
POWERBOCKING DICTIONARY
Powerbock is the general name used for jumping stilts regardless of the brand name. The name "Powerbock" has derived from the surname of the original inventor and patent holder Alexander Böck. Sometimes people often refer to the stilts simply as "Bocks" - Also see "Powerbocking" and "Powerbocker"
Tigger A Powerbocker on their own
Ground crew A person who is not wearing powerbocks but helps those who are ( normally used at group meetings )
Checking for Gum a really tight 'heel grab' .. Said to be because it resembles a bocker checking the bottom of his own hooves to look for unwanted mess, such like a piece of 'Gum'
Invented By Kiola
Bock on! A term used by Powerbockers, when they feel like having a bock.
Bock off! A term user by Powerbockers, when they want to take off their bocks, the opposite to "Bock on!"
Bottoming Out A term used to describe the effect that occurs when a PowerBocker manages to get the maximum compression from their springs. (Maximum compression is basically when you can’t bend your springs any further)
Powerbocking refers to the activity / sport of using these jumping stilts. Also see "Powerbocks" and "Powerbocker"
Powerbocker (s) refers to the user or users using the jumping stilts. Also see "Powerbocks" and "Powerbocking"
TYRE SOCK The tyre sock is a cover made for the rubber sole of your jumping stilt foot. This “sock” is usually made from a bike / car tyre which is cut to fit and then secured with jubilee clips and / or tape. Invented by Powerbocker Bill Cicio. (In America it’s tire sock, In DK’s world it’s Tyre Boot!)
Variations of the original tyre sock include: PinHead69’s “Tie up tyre sock” and Jason’s world first quick release "hoofies" and "studdies".
Tyre Boot see Tyre Sock
Tire Sock see Tyre Sock
Ties Up tyre Sock A variation of the original “Tyre Sock”, where laces are used to secure a made to measure tyre sock, eliminating the need to use jubilee clips and tape. Invented by PinHead69. Also see “Tyre Socks”
Hoofies A variation of the original Tyre Sock, which uses a different type of rubber to that of the traditional tyre sock. This also incorporated a quick release method which means you can take them off in seconds. Also see “Tyre Socks” and “Studdies”
Studdies A variation of the original “Tyre Sock” for use of grass or muddy surfaces. Using the same design as the “Hoofies” but with football boot studs added to the sole. Also see “Tyre Socks” and “Hoofies”
Knee Straps – Long piece of webbing used to secure knees to the Powerbock.
PinHead69’s Straps – A quick release version of knee straps made using webbing, buckles and Pinhead69’s TLC
Gymnasticated: The result of a cancelled jump and/or stunt where the Bockers pointlessly and helplessly flails arms and/or legs around wildly in a vane attempt to correct ones balance. Normally results in mocking by fellow Bockers and young chavs.

Bock on! a term used by people on powerizers usually said when you want to go on your powerizers
Bock off! The Oposite to Bock on meaning to take your stilts off
-
I'll add these on to the top post so its easier to keep on top of...
Also try to keep general terms and avoid brand names so its universal.
We can add stuff like poweriSing, Pro-Jumping etc separately if needs be ;)
-

the problem with that is 'powerisers' is a brand name for a specific stilt.. 'Bocks' is generic and accepted by every community as the general term for our class of Stilts.
