Read the whole of this forum (all the old posts) and you will find so much help you won't be able to remember it all

Wear pads and wristguards and a helmet to it only takes one fall without pads to ruin your day or if your unlucky like me your month (yes it took that long for the wrist to mend  ;D

I found a big stick helped at first (first to prop yourself up and then as a safety prop for when you loose your ballance)

Read gillyberts posts he seems to have got a good training system with the hopping from foot to foot and playing catch to improve your ballance

And finaly have FUN

Best tips for you...

Make sure you buy adequate safety gear – check this out for what’s needed & why - http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=1052.0

Have a read of the Pro-Jump Manual, most of it is general help so even you don’t have Pro-Jumps it will be helpful, you can download one here http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=1247.0

Check all nuts & bolts also Adjust your knee bar so it’s right for you - http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=1229.0

Have a read of the FAQ topics here http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?board=26.0

If you need more help just ask ;) remember to search the forum as well as there’s loads of tips scattered on it

And as Jason said Have LOTS of FUN!

You should get some pics of your injury up in the gallery so it will make people think twice before bocking without the safety gear.

Got mine for Christmas !!!

The site gives lots of good info. Please get safety gear

Spend a little time each day doing a little more, be patient or you will head for a fall.

Protect your springs as at first you will knock them together

In a week I went from tottering to running. (though not fast at the moment)

having a blast

On your springs.....take a look in the modifications section. There are several threads on taping the spring.
