Hey all, anyone able to help with this? As stated in my reply in the noobs intro bit, i've tried 3 times to order some M90's today but the site hangs, stalls, then dies. I'm hoping to get one set of jumpers but knowing my luck three will turn up :-[ Any help or suggestions will be greatly recieved

I just put a test order using Internet explorer and firefox and they both went through fine?

Yeah i've tried ordering off that site using IE and Firefox both at uni today and twice since getting home but each time it crashes out. Just tried again using firefox but keeps saying there's errors on the page?? I've filled the form in correctly but the same error is occuring. Unfortunately it doesnt state what the errors are in the error message, i've viewed the source code and from what i can see everything should be straight forward!? :-\ I'm confused (no dot com!) haha

Have you recieved any order confirmation emails from pro-jump?
I'll have a quick look on the system but from here I can only see the name of the person that ordered.

Just recieved order confirmation email but the page with the error hasn't and won't update, could you possibly check the order has gone through ok. Name is Ben Abnett in Wrexham. Thanks.

I can see an order from a Ben Abnett, can't see where from but unless theres another Ben Abnett that ordered today too I'd say your's went through fine!
If you want a proper confirmation and a tracking number please call the office in the morning on 01772 792 600 they can give you full info :)

Looks like it's all sorted. don't know what's going on with the errors though. Thanks for the help! Can't wait to get them now!! :banana:

If you still have the page with the error open (minor chance I know) would you do a screen shot of the error you had and send me a jpg to admin@projump.co.uk it may help me figure it out what went wrond, as I didnt get any error when I tried to order :-\
