H.E.K's are no laughing matter  :-\. Is there never an end to the injuries Nutta? What are you doing up on them anyway, thought you had fractured your back?

I Hyperextended my knee quite a few months ago, landed on a cellophane pick-a-mix bag in london. Was not right for months. I still get issues with it getting weak and trapping the nerve. But its better now :D

Tok managed to knock his hip pretty bad, f*cked up his whole leg I heard.

Get hold of any joint (wrist/knee/elbow/knuckle) and bend it backwards hard. If you bend it far enough its been Hyper-extended

If you go as far as I did it's called broken through being hyper-extended (H-X wrists are one of the main skiing accidents)
