Technically the springs are a greeny colour but the surrounding shrink-wrap was black, then taped green, then armoured, then fluffed.

i retape them regularly.. mostly becausse i get board of the design ;)

What lukey has done is great.. i found some red fur and will be useing a zip to zip them on and off.. i hope i do it right..

Lukey: did you have to sew them in a certain way so that they didnt put any pressure on the spring as it compresses? ... it would make sense that you did, but if you didnt then that would make less sense ;)

would be hard tho, i heard that the bike couriers in London turned down this little motor that could let them cruise at about 20MPH and they said na they can cruise at about 30MPH with little effort!!!

Post by: Thadius Kayne on April 29, 2007, 01:52:59 AM: i came up with a rather good idea when armouring up my pro-jumps. when i went out shopping for electrical insulation tape i found that poundland had huge bundles of the stuff with different colours stacked.

anyway, when armouring up my PJs i layered the tape

Spring
Red
Yellow
Black

this way you can see how deep gouges run into the armour letting you know if something is in dire need of repair

Look for tribal flame graphics on the internet, and alter them, to fit the spring!!

Just got two stripes of geen LED's that I can stick on for now thew chaser light power leads snaped on me and I've got to fix it :( But the colour may not be just blue I ran out of Blue LED's ;D

Evil rain, I use mine at work, comes in handy for running to and from the van for a odd item or two!! ;D No more rain, I had enough of working on the flood damage it has left behind!!! >:( >:( >:( >:(
