How not to land a front flip
-
looked painful
-
Not to bad at the time Sx but sore on the way home and stiff today (the wife said I always had a stiff neck )
Much better this evening and looking forward to trying a few ground flips to get the rotation right (I made a few mats for home) hope I can land a ground one within the next 2 months  then try on the bocks again

thats the way jason, but fair play for trying man, and at least it was a softish landing, whats that move called then, a "bockers crown"?
-
Head plant- just the word makes me giggle
-
it should be called the ostrich, lol
-
I thought the waggling legs were a nice touch :haha: (if you look carefully you can just see them)
But I would like to avoid doing it again if possible (maybe if I loose a couple of stone I might go round faster )
Strangely today my neck is fine but all my rib and back muscles are complaining
Worth every ounce of pain though what a Fab day I can't wait for the next meet (as long as its not this week :haha:)

Bockers Crown sounds good but maybe we should add Aka Ostrich on the Dictionary as that describes it perfectly
