i am getting mine for christmas and i was wondering how long dose it take to post the pro jumps???

They are sent next day delivery which I belive does not include sat or sun and its next day from the time of dispatch, not from when you order. They need to clear your payment first but you can always give them a call if you are that anxious for them!
Calum, if you're ordering and would like £5 discount then let me know either on here or u have my msn already :)

Hi

If you ordered yours today they will get dispatched Monday via Parcelforce 24 - you should have them anytime Tuesday.

Unfortunately Parcelforce don't regard the weekend as working days so we have no collections on Sat

I ordered my Pro-Jumps on Saturday the 10th and I still haven't recieved them. In theory, they should have arrived today but it's now 9:22pm and I don't think I'm going to get them today. :( What should I do??  ??? :-\ :-[

Give projump a call tomorrow and see whats going on. Sometimes couriers idea of next day is a posh way of saying "we'll get it to you by christmas".

Hey Dusty

You're right - you should have had them today but once they leave the warehouse we have to rely on parcel force to get them to you on time - usually they are very good and don't let us or the customer down but sometimes they make you  :(

But FEAR NOT...

Give us a call in the morning on 01772 792 600 and thanks to the tracking system we can tell you exactly where they are, or pm me your full name, contact number and address and I will personally chase it up for you first thing in the morning and give you an update

Thanks ;) :) Yes I think I will give them a call. I won't do it yet though because i'm home ill and even if I got them I wouldn't be well enough to use them. Thanks for the help anyway, I will hopefully get them today then. :)
