you might want to take your mobile number off the internet
because then people can get your phone number and companys advertising can waste your time when they phone you and people could start spreading the number and annoying you

I've just joined a gymnastics club to improve my pj-ing  ;D Gets your confidence and fitness up loads, but you have to work on the coaches for a while before they'll let you take your pj's in!

its great if you can get into a gym with a pit, we use one in bradford and at first thay were frightened incase we destroyed mats etc, but we respect property and that has helped us, if you train with a breakdance team it will realy help with the fear factor, we met rico a breakdance coach from newcastle over the weekend as we were at a roadshow, he is cool, and after knowing him for only a few mins he was performing with us in a show, go Rico yo da man, hope you can get down on monday for training, CHEARS.

I've just enrolled for a 4 week course in trampolining at my local leisure centre.  Not bad for £18.  Only issue is that you need to be at Level 10 before they will teach you flips, although she did say that if your an adult you'll get Levels 1-5 easily.

Swimming baths keep blowing the old whistle at me, when attemping to backflip into the pool, feel like a teenager again  ;D

Aim is to be able to Summersault backwards or forwards during the Xmas holidays.  Only 4 weeks before I can open by "Projumps" which are boxed, outside my office door.  Will update you all on my injuries as they happen  ;D

May even attempr a loop on the old Flybar Pogo Stick  ;)

Had my first Trampolining lesson, fantastic what fun.  Although the instructor stated that learning to summersault in 4 weeks is a tall order, but it's possible.

Just a matter of having no fear and listening.  After the first lesson managed body plants, 360 spins, star jumps, pike jumps (bit tricky).  Albiet very unartistic, and very wobbly, didn't manage to fall off.  It's quite difficult to jump up and down on the cross without wobbling.

Three lessons to go before I open my Projumps, Sumersault on Christmas day here I come, maybe.........
