Just bocking alone strengthens your stomach and back muscles loads! Its a fun way to exercise!  :Straddle5:

Using PJ`s will develop core strength. However more specific exercises include

Crunches (mini sit ups)
Leg lifts
Hip raises
Back arches
Side lifts

Plus a number of other exercises

Most of these are avilable on the web under core stability exercises

For the most part Bock will build your core body strength up anyway.
Bocking is a good to get into and stay in shape build both muscles and burning fat off.

I had a quick look for so simple examples of exercises you could use ( scroll to bottom ).

DK beat me to it. I was going to suggest the prone bridge. :) That's the one that looks like press-up position but on your whole forearm.

Hold that position for 10 seconds. Then lift the left arm for 10. Put it down and lift the right arm for 10. Put it down and lift the left leg for 10. Then the right leg for 10. Then left arm, right leg. Right arm, left leg. Right arm, right leg. Left arm, left leg. And finish with 10 seconds in the normal position.

If thats too hard just hold each position for 5 seconds. If too easy, hold them for 20. It's a brilliant exercise for core strength. But if it's just looking skinny that you don't like. You're going to want to weights as well. Or at least push-ups, dips and chin-ups. And of course the crunchies mentioned by others. :)

if your looking as brendan said to build muscle i would (again as brendan said) use your own weight as risistance rather than go for weights
keeps you nice and flexible rather than getting to the point where you cant scratch your own back

Haha - that's true. I remember at my old college, my friend and I knew when we'd had a good work out because couldn't touch our shoulders! ;D

...I miss having muscles. :( I lost most of my muscle mass after breaking both wrists. They never healed properly and I can't work out as much.

Have fun training Wally. :)

HA HA!!!! This is why I joined the RAF, no college, no Uni, and I was getting payed hansomly to sit in a classroom all day listening to an instuctor whilst doodling in my notes!! (the exams we had, were asked about bits of the book, so no need to listen!!)
Or I was up to my elbows in grease and spanners, which was ace!!!  Looking at al this moaning, I def' made the right choice!!    (Even If I did have to learn how to iron properly!! You would be supprised where the Drill Instructor will find a crease!!)      :Straddle5:
