just got bk from town and looked at my bocks and saw that the lil black thing that keeps the spring in is bent and is starting to crack i think its becase i flat bottom my stilts quite alot so dad sed he will get me new springs but yer ummmm wat do i do
p.s its the botom bit on the pic that is cracking couldent get a pic of the crack soz

Check to see if they sell it as a spare on the projump store. If they dont phone them up and I am sure they will have the part.

if not you could all ways make one, a piece of 3mm ss steel cut to size and bend, then just drill the holes

lol u rilly think i can b botherd to do that lol and i have 70's and im flating them easy should i go for 80 or 90 springs??????

I got some spare ones with my raptors, if they split/break before sat, we can prob sort it then. But ye, Naz should be able to sort ya :) o n greg, i've seen u bounce, you need 90's mate :)

If your bottoming out that often Greg you need stronger springs for sure
Bottoming regularly will distort that bracket and could break it eventually you can get replacement brackets either call the PJ guys or PM Naz I don't think they are expensive and I would definately fit new ones if you fit new springs
And I agree with chocl8 if your bottoming them that regularly you will need 90's

Just keep undoing bolts until it falls off :haha:
Seriosly you have to take the upper bearings out to release the plastic spacer on some to get them off

grrr it wont let me post a pic lol i started to un do th bolts on the lil black bit and as i did 1 of the bits that go's acros the spring fell off and was snaped in two lol il post a pic later if i can

Don't bock on them until you've got the new brace for them, Nero did on his skyrunners and he completely :censored: ed up the frame and broke all the bushings!

YAY my new springs and the braces came in the post today and i have now fineshed putting them together i have stilts agen wooooo i just had a lil jump on the patio and thay r soooo stiff lol nice tho hope its going to b nice for norwich tomoz. me thinks im not going to have the problem of flat bottoming for a while
I like the guys at pro jump coz the guy i spoke to on the phone was nice anuf to run down the post office 5 mins b4 colection to get them to me asap hehehehehehehehe YAY
so now all i have to do is try and sleep tonight with out geting to exsited about tomoz wooooooo cant wat to c u all there xxx

Wondered because i'm getting a train from thet and know the one from bury's fairly tedious and expencive.

I noticed the same problem on mine yesterday,but i have never bottomed out. Were they replaced under guarantee? I got my stilts mid December.
My mates powerisers have got a solid stainless plate on the end of the spring, Does anyone know if they will fit PJs

yer i do live in bury ummm no im gtting a lift from a m8 soz man and get the 1 from thetford coz it dont cost as mutch and it easyer coz u dont have to change over
