ok this is dependant on weather, though personnally i dont mind a bit of rain, but a few of us were planning on going up King's lynn on sunday and i just wondered if there were any more fine bockers who would want to join us
any takers...?
-
I can't say for sure. I would have to check train times and more improtantly prices. I dont know how bad the sunday timetable is from norwich to lynn so I will let you know. If you hear nothing it's a no.

Charlie B, Jester and myself are going to be at TWO meets in Boston on the 29th

if you get the X1 bus from lowestoft to peterborough, you can pick it up in norwich and then it stops in Lynn on the way to p'boro. its £5 for a child ticket return, and they go every half hour, takes about 1hr 45 - 2hrs

thats a shame D.K. it woulda bin a laugh

Wow takes ages by bus. That could be a problem because only way for me tro get home from norwich is by train and they dont run often.. I will have to see but now i know about the bus i can plan a bit but it probs will be a no. Stupid sunday timetable
-
oh ye didnt think about changes in timetable for sundays, probly not evry 30 mins then, but the ride isnt tht long, me and tim do it when we go to norwich
-
Yea the probelm it could take me potentially 3 to get there and 5 hours back. And thats if the busses are every half an hour
-
why the two hour difference?
-
Trains run home every 2 hours. If I miss one by a few mins getting to the station I might have to wait 2 hours
-
i doubt you would, and given that highly unlikely circumstance, there are always alternatives
-
Yea that was a worst case scenario. I will see. Alternatives?
-
different methods of transport, B&B for the night, hell you could probably make it to norwich just on bocks, lol (mite take a while)
-
Ok No busses home on a sunday.
Trains every 2 hours
I am not made of money :P
I could bike it but I would have to go along the a47 for 11 miles...with bocks somehow...
If it is possible for me to go I will. I just need to explore what I can do. I need to get home on sunday.
