check out www.gamerfreakz.net mate, all my mates over there got flashed box's and get the most outta em, they will soon steer you in the right way.
-

-
Does anyone have a PS3 like me oh and the hut games are imports which work though
-
PSP has better homebrew... downgrade it, install the custom firmware (dark alex ftw), add the plugins and different programs, make your own custom waves, XMB, and sounds and flash them... and it basically becomes a PDA but with decent graphics and a lot of fun stuff :D
-
Were do you get it from. :haha:
-
www.qj.net :P
-
then again if you dont know what your doing go to gamerfreakz and ask them for help before you brick your psp lol
and how long is it since you updated your firmware sprog>? DA firmware is years old now, its all m33 fw these days mate.
serious theres ALWAYS a risk of ruining a psp by flashing it, so unless youve made a pandoras battery and know how to de-brick the unit i would look for some experienced help
-
I haven't done it since about you have a good point nero, I haven't updated mine in ages because it does everything I want it to. I am on m33 though, 3.51 m33 to be precise. I just liked the old DA ones ;D
qj also has all the walkthroughs if you read the forums and stuff, I agree there is always a risk but recovery menu helps a LOT. :)
-
yeah i agree the da were my favs, they were also a lot eisier than having to use add ons.
but i stopped using the psp just after the version 3.00 firmware tbf, the psone games held me to the console for a while longer but in the end it just wasnt as great a console as i wanted it to be, and watching movies on that screen just plain sucks ass.
forget qj, gamerfreakz is my mates site, we built it up from psprevolution.
its now multiformat and filled with a great bunch of people, and everything you would need to cough cough *get the most outta your system * cough cough
Sorry for the plugs naz, But gamerfreakz do also have a bocking section in their forum also peeps, if your into your games and systems check the site out
-
I agree, my PSP is 3 years old now, and really all I use it for now is listening to music and occasionally playing games, it's good for on the train or in the car but that's about it :)

The fatal flaw in your statement is that the 2600 wasn't released until '78 in the UK, I've got the '82 slick black version ;D
